Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, he is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and projections of the organization, strategic collaboration across departments, and ensuring that financial guardrails are in place to secure risk-mitigated growth. Prior to joining CDP, Aaron spent over 10 years at Chelsea Investment Corporation/Emmerson Construction, where he wore many hats. He was involved in all areas of development, including acquisitions, project finance, project management, construction, and capital transactions. He was also responsible for the financial health of the organization, developing accurate rolling projections for the development, construction, and asset management companies, as well as maintaining important relationships with lenders and investors. In addition, Aaron oversaw the day-to-day management and compliance for their New Market Tax Credit portfolio.
