Director of Accounting

As Director of Accounting, Andy manages CDP Builders’ accounting team and oversees all accounting activities, including audits and tax returns. He leads the accounting software initiatives that keep CDP Builders at the forefront of technology and provides risk mitigation in the control of construction fund disbursements. His team is charged with ensuring timely and accurate draw processing and payments to all vendors. He brings to the team extensive expertise in affordable housing from his prior role as Controller of Related California. Prior to Related he worked as Controller of Burke Real Estate Group and as Tax Manager at Haskell & White.
