CEO & Co-Founder

Since founding CDP in 2011, Eric has led the company to develop over 55 communities, comprising over 4,800 homes across five western states and totaling $1.8B in development costs. In his role as CEO, Eric has ultimate responsibility for on time and on budget project execution and he focuses on corporate strategy, finance, and business development, and is responsible for bringing to fruition some of the country’s most groundbreaking affordable housing projects. His lifelong passion for modern design, art, and ecology helps to shape the vision for CDP communities. Prior to founding the organization, Eric worked in real estate investment and market-rate housing. Eric studied Economics and Accounting at UCLA and earned his certificate in Light Construction Development Management from UC Irvine. He also received his California Real Estate Broker and General Contractor licenses.
