Senior Project Accountant

As CDP Builders’ Senior Project Accountant, Gassen oversees construction and project accounting for California and Oregon projects. He has over 10 years of accounting experience including 4+ years of Project Accounting experience specifically with affordable housing development projects. Prior to CDP, Gassen worked at The Green Cities Company as a Project Accountant where he oversaw the accounting on development projects all over the country. Gassen received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and his Master in Financial Analysis from Portland State University.
