President & Co-Founder

As President, Kyle spearheads acquisition sourcing and supervises the Accounting, Finance, and Asset Management departments. He oversees strategic relationships and forward planning, and ensures each project is executed to CDP standards. 

Kyle studied Psychology and Business at the University of California at Berkley, and later obtained his California Real Estate Broker’s License. Prior to joining CDP, Kyle worked as a Broker for a Single Family developer, and later worked at a national apartment developer, builder, and manager, where he served as the Acquisition and Development Officer for the Pacific Northwest Region.
