Director of Construction

As the Responsible Managing Officer of CDP Builders, Sean leads the company’s general contracting division and construction management services. He brings 25+ years of development and construction experience to CDP providing both vision and construction execution. With experience in design, entitlement, development strategy, and construction from inception through delivery, Sean provides CDP Builders with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects. He is the primary point of contact and manages the division’s day-to-day activities. Before joining CDP Builders in 2025, Sean served as Vice President for a national development and construction company. Sean is a trained attorney and licensed contractor with extensive experience in the construction of single- and multi-family housing, and master-planned communities throughout California. Sean attended the University of California, Berkeley and Santa Clara Law School.
