Transaction Manager

Teryll’s role at CDP Builders is to drive the construction, risk management, and project/corporate entity compliance for various projects. Teryll has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CDP, Teryll was the Transaction & Finance Manager at The Green Cities Company, where she oversaw the management of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and entity compliance. She also was the Senior Real Estate Legal Compliance Coordinator at a publicly traded REIT, Alexandria Real Estate Equities in Los Angeles, California. Teryll holds a BA in History from Sonoma State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Pasadena City College.
